We are currently providing DOT Medical/Physical Exams for many drivers requiring DOT Medical Cards from Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, Kansas, Missouri and the Missouri Valley area as well as Over The Road drivers coming through the Omaha area. If you are a dispatcher or employee representative for a driver who needs a DOT Medical Card renewal soon, and they will be in the Omaha area, please give us a call and we will attempt to get your driver in for his exam as soon as we possibly can. 

DIRECTIONS

GO APPROXIMATELY 100 YARDS NORTH OF 90TH AND L, AND LOOK TO YOUR RIGHT FOR A SIGN BY THE DRIVEWAY THAT SAYS DOT PHYSICALS AND PULL AROUND TO THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING CALLED "PLACE 90". WE ARE IN SUITE 125.

​​​​Omaha DOT Physical Exams commonly referred to as DOT Medical exams by Dr. Mark Young of Citywide Chiropractic is conveniently located just north of 90th and L in South Central Omaha, NE and just a couple minutes East of Hwy 80 and L St. right in the middle of Omaha's industrial corridor. Dr. Young currently serves many drivers from not only the Omaha and surrounding area, but drivers from Council Bluffs, IA and many other parts of Iowa and the Missouri Valley area.  Dr. Young schedules appointments every half hour Monday-Friday. We are not a walk in clinic, so please call 402-957-5242 to get set up to come in.


Dr. Young is also a proud member of TeamCME and we have an agreement with OOIDA members to offer a 10% Discount on their DOT/CDL Medical Physical Exams.
