​​​​Omaha DOT Physical Exams commonly referred to as DOT Medical exams by Dr. Mark Young of Citywide Chiropractic is conveniently located just north of 90th and L in South Central Omaha, NE and just a couple minutes East of Hwy 80 and L St. right in the middle of Omaha's industrial corridor. Dr. Young currently serves many drivers from not only the Omaha and surrounding area, but drivers from Council Bluffs, IA and many other parts of Iowa and the Missouri Valley area. Dr. Young makes himself available to his patients and those who need DOT Physical Exams 6 days a week, by appointment. And he will also do DOT Physicals on Sundays in case of emergencies.  He does request that drivers call to schedule their appointments, but most times drivers can be seen the same day and many times right away.


Dr. Young is also a proud member of TeamCME and we have an agreement with OOIDA members to offer a 10% Discount on their DOT/CDL Medical Physical Exams.

We are currently providing DOT Medical/Physical Exams for many drivers requiring DOT Medical Cards from Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, Kansas, Missouri and the Missouri Valley area as well as Over The Road drivers coming through the Omaha area. If you are a dispatcher or employee representative for a driver who needs a DOT Medical Card renewal soon, and they will be in the Omaha area, please give us a call and we will attempt to get your driver in for his exam, even if it is after hours or over the weekend.

after hours and sunday dot physicals will require an additional $25.00 surcharge
